You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use EGO applications in accordance with your service agreement or license. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or resell the application software without prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, brand assets, source code, and design architecture associated with EGO applications remain the exclusive property of EGO Technology & Services JSC.
Our applications and services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. EGO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized account access, network interruptions, or third-party service outages.
